The YCC's Scholarship Advisory Group issues periodic bulletins summarizing new scholarship by younger comparativists. The Scholarship Advisory Group consists of Wulf Kaal (chair, University of St. Thomas (Minneapolis)), Fiona de Londras (University College Dublin), David Landau (Florida State), Salil Mehra (Temple), and Adam Shinar (Harvard).
These New Scholarship Bulletins will highlight new scholarship written by younger comparativists on all subjects of comparative law, both public and private. The purpose of the bulletin is to publicize the intellectually rich and diverse comparative scholarship being carried out by younger comparativists. The Scholarship Advisory Group hopes that this willfacilitate an interchange of views among younger comparative scholars, and will help to promote the work of younger scholars within the broader community of comparativists.
Bulletins will be circulated four times annually, in March, June,September, and December. If you would like for your paper to be included in the abstract, please email David Landau, the editor-in-chief of the bulletin (dlandau@law.fsu.edu<mailto:dlandau@law.fsu.edu>), with the following details: name, institutional affiliation, email address, title of paper, website where thepaper can be accessed, and an abstract of no more than 250 words.
