journal is published by The Berkeley Electronic
Press (Bepress) and edited by Professors Alexander Loke (editor in
chief), Michael Hor, Tang Hang Wu, and Tey Tsun Hang, all from the
National University of Singapore. The Journal is the initiative of the
Asian Law Institute, an association of 13 leading law schools in Asia.

German Law Journal
This journal is the first and only on-line, English-language report on
