Louisiana State University Law Center Civil Law Teaching Positions
The LSU Law Center will be seeking over this and the coming years to make a number of appointments of entry-level and mature teacher/scholars with strong Civil Law capabilities who would enjoy devoting some portion of their programs to teaching one or more Louisiana Civil Code courses in such areas as Property, Obligations, Succcessions, Matrimonial Regimes, and the like, while developing their interests in the Comparative, Private, and Public International Law fields. European, Canadian, and South American scholars, preferably with significant exposure to U.S. law through graduate school or similar experience, will be welcome applicants as will be United States law school graduates.
